Les règles de cette qualification sont décrites ci-dessous.

1.Tous les participants à l’événement « One-One Battle » et à la qualification wildcard devront remplir et signer un document décrivant les règles de participation, une autorisation de droit à l’image. Toute participation à la qualification wildcard transmise signifie l’acceptation du présent règlement par l’artiste participant.
Afin de pouvoir voyager jusqu’à Carcassonne en cas de victoire de la qualification wildcard, les participants devront être en possession d’une pièce d’identité valide (carte d’identité, passeport) n’expirant pas dans les six mois suivant la date de l’événement. Les participants certifient qu’ils sont en mesure de voyager en France et qu’ils n’y sont pas interdits de territoire.

2. La qualification wildcard sera ouverte du 20 juin 2023 à 00h00 au 15 août 2023 à 23h59 (CET), en ligne sous format de « e-competition ». La qualification est ouverte à l’international.

3. Le nom du gagnant (première place du classement wildcard) sera annoncé par les organisateurs du « One-One Battle » sur leur site Web et leurs réseaux sociaux, le 01 septembre 2023.
L’hébergement du gagnant sera directement pris en charge par l’organisation de l’événement. Les frais de déplacement du gagnant de la qualification wildcard seront indemnisés jusqu’à 200€, sur présentation de justificatif.

4. Pour participer à la qualification wildcard, les participants doivent mettre en ligne leur wildcard sur YouTube, puis publier le lien dans le présent formulaire prévu à cet effet, dans le délai indiqué au point 2.

5. La durée du temps de beatbox dans la vidéo wildcard doit être d’environ 1 minute et 30 secondes à 2 minutes. Cela n’inclut pas votre intro ou outro de la vidéo.

6. Le titre de la vidéo générique doit être inscrit comme suit :
« [NOM DE L’ARTISTE] – ONE-ONE BATTLE 2023 WILDCARD »
La visibilité de la vidéo wildcard doit être définie soit sur publique, soit sur non répertoriée.

7. Chaque artiste ne peut envoyer qu’une seule wildcard. Seule la première vidéo transmise sera examinée, alors assurez-vous de publier et de nous soumettre la version finale.

8. Si une wildcard contient des formes de discours haineux, de harcèlement de quelque nature que ce soit, ou pouvant être jugé comme offensant envers une personne ou un groupe de personnes, l’artiste concerné sera instantanément disqualifié.

9. Si un artiste invité annule ou est dans l’impossibilité de participer à l’événement, son remplaçant sera sélectionné parmi les artistes classés de la 2ème à la 4ème place dans la qualification wildcard, par ordre de classement.
Dans le cas où un artiste annulerait sa venue, les organisateurs prendront contact avec l’artiste classé 2ème dans les plus brefs délais.

10. Par conséquent, l’organisation offrira l’entrée pour l’événement aux beatboxers classés 2ème à 4ème dans la qualification wildcard.
À ce titre, il est fortement recommandé que ces artistes se rendent à l’événement « One-One Battle International 2023 ». Les artistes classés de la 2ème à la 4ème place dans la qualification wildcard auront par conséquent une entrée gratuite offerte à l’événement.

The rules and regulations for this event are outlined below.
1. All participants of the “One-One Battle” event and wildcard competition will be required to fill out and sign documents outlining rules of participation, and an authorization for image rights. By submitting a wildcard, artists signify the acceptance of the present regulation.
In order to be able to travel to Carcassonne in case of victory of the wildcard competition, participants must be in possession of a valid identity document (identity card, passport) which won’t expire within six months of the date of the event. Participants certify that they are able to travel to France, and aren’t prohibited from entering France.

2. The wildcard competition will be open from June 20th 2023 at 00:00 to August 15th 2023 at 11:59pm (CET), online as a « e-competition ». The wildcard competition is open worldwide.

3. The name of the winner (ranked first in the wildcard competition) will be announced by the “One-One Battle” organization on its website and social media platforms, on September 1st 2023. The event organizers will provide accommodation for the winner of the wildcard competition. The travel fees of the winner of the wildcard competition will be compensated up to 200€ (upon presentation of supporting documents).

4. To take part in the wildcard competition, participants must upload their wildcards to YouTube and then post the link in the dedicated form, within the time indicated in point 2.

5. The length of the beatboxing time in the wildcard video should be of around 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes. This does not include your intro or outro in the video.

6. The title of the Wildcard Video must be labelled as follows:
“[ARTIST NAME] – ONE-ONE BATTLE 2023 WILDCARD”
The visibility of the wildcard video must be set to either public or unlisted.

7. Wildcards can only be registered once. Only the first original video will be reviewed, so make sure you post and submit the final version.

8. If a wildcard contains any forms of hate speech, harassment of any kind, or anything judged as offensive towards a person or group of people, the wildcard will be immediately disqualified.

9. If any artist cancels or is unable to attend last minute, their replacement will be taken from the artists who ranked from 2nd to 4th in the wildcard competition, in ranking order.
If an artist cancels, the organizers will get in touch with the artist ranked 2nd as soon as possible.

10. Therefore, the organization will be giving out free tickets for the event to beatboxers ranked 2nd to 4th in the wildcard competition. As such, it is highly recommended that these artists travel to the “One-One Battle” event. Therefore, artists ranked from 2nd to 4th place in the 2023 wildcard competition will receive a free entry to the event.
